Welcome! I’m Doris Swift, Co-Founder of Swift Events, based in southern Lower Austria. With nearly 20 years of experience in national and international event management, I support private and corporate clients in planning and executing extraordinary events.
My roots are in the MICE sector (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events). Projects both in Austria and abroad have sharpened my perspective – for top-level organization, for people, for details, and for what truly makes an event exceptional.
As the owner of my event agency in Austria, I personally guide my clients from the first idea and proposal through to the final review. With a carefully curated portfolio of exclusive locations and fresh event concepts, I create events that not only run smoothly but also touch, impress, and leave a lasting impression.

In addition to working directly with my own clients, I am also available as a freelance event coordinator and trip director, based in Austria and working across Europe. I support international agencies with onsite logistics, incentive travel programs, and corporate events — including hospitality services, hotel desk management, F&B coordination, and gala dinners.
